What you'll be doing with us
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and ensure that their needs are understood and met throughout the project.
Contribute to the technical design of client projects
Monitor adherence to deadlines and coordinate resources to ensure that project objectives are met on time.
Manage project budgets to ensure compliance with financial constraints while maintaining profitability.
Work with technical teams to ensure that the project vision is clear and that the solutions delivered meet customer expectations.
Manage project adjustments in response to changing requirements or technical constraints.
Ensure the quality of deliverables by collaborating with the development and AI teams.
Anticipate and resolve potential problems before they affect the project's success.
What you master
3 years of experience in software development or AI solution development
An understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and/or a solid foundation in software development.
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.) and agile methodologies.
Knowledge of best practices in budget management and planning.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

Experience in customer service is required
Experience with AI projects or custom software solutions.
Previous experience in customer relationship management on complex technology projects.
Ability to quickly grasp technical environments and adapt to a variety of contexts.
Personal qualities
Are you eager to learn and adapt in a constantly changing environment?
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in French and English.
